Product Availability

Orders will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout, subject to product availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly using the contact information you provided. You may choose to wait until the item becomes available or request a full refund.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country or region.

These charges are determined by the relevant customs or tax authorities and, unless otherwise stated at checkout, are the responsibility of the customer.

Genatronik GmbH does not collect these charges and has no control over their amount. Where applicable, they may be collected by the carrier or customs authorities before delivery.

If you refuse to pay applicable customs duties or taxes and the shipment is returned to us, we reserve the right, where permitted by applicable law, to deduct any non-refundable shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, or other reasonable costs incurred as a result of the return from the amount refunded.
